We guarantee a full refund for returned items and any applicable shipping costs, provided that the products are in the same condition as when they were delivered to you.

Returned products must not have been used, damaged, soiled or altered, and all labels and tags, where present, must not have been removed.

If, for any reason, you deem it necessary to return your purchase, you may make use of our return service. For returns from Italy, a deduction of €5.95 will be applied to the amount due to you, to cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse. For returns from European countries, the return shipping cost is €12. For returns from non-European countries, the return shipping cost is €25. In all cases, if the returned products show evident damage or discrepancies not attributable to the customer, the return shipping costs will be fully borne by us.

I ordered the wrong size. How can I exchange the item?

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the products you do not wish to keep and place a new order. How do I return an item?

Log in to your personal account and select the order you wish to return. In order for the return to be registered in our systems, you must complete the procedure, which is considered concluded once the collection of the goods has been booked through our courier.
At the end of the process, you will receive a confirmation email from the courier confirming the time and place of collection, and an email from youruniform.shop confirming that the return has been registered.

When will I receive my refund for the returned goods?

The refund will be suspended until the goods have been received. Once the condition of the returned goods has been verified, youruniform.shop will issue the refund. It may take 5–10 days before the refunded amount is credited to your account.
In any case, when the refund is issued, you will receive a notification by email.

How do I file a complaint about an item?

If you have received a defective item, please contact our customer service. We kindly ask you to inform us of the defect or error as soon as possible.

Some examples of complaints that are usually approved include evident material or manufacturing defects, such as missing stitching, errors in pocket stitching, or damaged zippers.

Examples of claims not covered by the warranty include: pilling on wool or polyester garments, unusually rapid wear of items, etc.
