Orders

You may place online orders through our website. For any questions or needs, please contact our customer service.

Once your order has been placed, we will send you an email confirming your purchase. If for any reason we are unable to ship the requested goods, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We will promptly issue a refund using the same payment method used for your purchase.

Delivery

We ship our products throughout the national territory, with the exception of the Republic of San Marino and the Vatican City State.

Shipments are carried out regularly from Monday to Friday via express courier.

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing delivery details.

For shipments within Italy, shipping is free for all orders with a total value equal to or greater than €50. For orders below this amount, the shipping cost is €5.95. For shipments to European countries, the shipping cost is €12, with estimated delivery times between 2 and 5 business days. No free shipping threshold applies. For shipments to non-European countries, the shipping cost is €25, with estimated delivery times between 5 and 10 business days. No free shipping threshold applies.

If the parcel is not collected at the delivery point after multiple delivery attempts by the courier, it will automatically be registered as uncollected and returned to our warehouse.
In this case, the returned items will be held available for reshipment or for a period of time at the discretion of youruniform.shop.

We shall not be held responsible for any delays attributable to the courier. During promotional campaigns and periods of high traffic volume, standard delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Damage or Tampering During Transport

In the event that damage occurs during transport, or if you suspect that the parcel has been tampered with, please take photos documenting the damage and send them to our customer service no later than 48 hours from receipt of the goods.

After carrying out the necessary checks, we will inform you of the outcome of the claim and, if accepted, we will send replacement products if available in stock.
If the products are not in stock, you may agree on the selection of other products of the same value. If the customer does not wish to receive alternative items, we will issue a refund for the returned products.

Returns and Complaints

We guarantee a refund for returned items, provided that they are in the same condition as when they were delivered.

If, for any reason, you deem it necessary to return your purchase, you may make use of our return service. For returns from Italy, a deduction of €5.95 will be applied to the amount due to you, to cover the cost of return shipping to our warehouse. For returns from European countries, the return shipping cost is €12. For returns from non-European countries, the return shipping cost is €25. In all cases, if the returned products show evident damage or discrepancies not attributable to the customer, the return shipping costs will be fully borne by us.
